General Electric 2 Gas Turbines (9 FA), 1 Steam Turbine in 747 MW combine cycle power plant Guddu)
 Smooth and reliable operation of machines for enhancing plant efficiency and reducing plant down time.
 Calculating daily statistical data including heat rate and plant efficiency parameters.
 Operation of power plant machines from start-up to shut down while remaining within the specified parameters.
 Checking the logging sheets of Boiler, Turbine and Generator and related auxiliaries of power plant.
 To guide the staff for fault rectification during unit under fault from operational point of view.
 To intimate concerned maintenance section for rectification of fault by issuing trouble reports (TR).
 To allow maintenance section through Permit to work via issuing PTW prior doing complete isolation of concerned equipment and tagging.
 Checking the healthiness of fire fighting system and DC system on daily basis.
 Operations of 500KV grid station installed in the premises of 747MW CCPP Guddu as per directives of National Power Control centre (Islamabad)
 STAFFING
 Ensure that right person on right job.
 Ensure that people are not under/over utilized.
 Crew making for shift.
 CONTROLLING
 To check attendance and discipline of operational staff.
 To maintain records of operational activities and individuals working in operational crew

(Trivini steam Turbine 7Mw in Power Plant Premier Industrial Chemicals MFG)
 My responsibility is to take care of all Maintenance activities at all areas of the plant like turbines, BOP, auxiliary boilers ,Motors, Invertors
 Responsible for coordination with other and fuel sections to ensure the availability of units in time as appropriate.
 Smooth start-up & shut down of the plant as per requirement.
 Analyze plant operating parameters.
 Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of turbine control and protection system consisting Woodward 505
 Investigate any plant tripping & then communicate to staff so the reoccurrence of such events can be minimized.
 Maintain Emergency Diesel Generator for any emergency operation.
 Participate as representative of Operation and maintenance team in daily planning meeting.
 Ensure the plant integrity by taking round of the plant on daily basis.
 Prepare Weekly, Monthly reports
 Communicate with Other sections.
